I know they were a sect of magic eating mages, and that they were all mazed by the lady of pain, but any idea where I might find more information on them, and their abilities?

The Incantifers show up in the PSMC 1 (or two, I don't recall off the top of my head). One of their still living, and non mazed, members, Alluvius Ruskin, is detailed in 'Uncaged: Faces of Sigil'.

I don't recall if they're mentioned in brief anywhere else.

I believe Nemui or Seraph did a conversion as well.

And of course mimir.net/sects is always good for your one-stop sectarian needs.

Except in this particular case, I mean. Nothing on incantifers there.
