The Incantifers show up in the PSMC 1 (or two, I don't recall off the top of my head).

The Incantifers show up in the PSMC 1 (or two, I don't recall off the top of my head). One of their still living, and non mazed, members, Alluvius Ruskin, is detailed in 'Uncaged: Faces of Sigil'.
I don't recall if they're mentioned in brief anywhere else.
