As you get articles, send them to me, and I can even start doing border art and the like (or attempting do) now 
Unless you're going to use the typical "Planescape" stuff

I would like to pimp....::clears throat::... I mean "offer" my services as an artist. For details regarding my art, please visit my deviantart gallery here (which, BTW, you have to be signed in to see ALL of my art I put up there ). I work with many mediums, painting and charcoal work being my best, and I have recently been diving into digital art. My deviantart gallery gets updated every week. Let me know if anyone is interested in me doing any artwork for them.

This month has been completely hectic so I've not been able to get any of the tasks out to the artists for this issue of the LSE - one thing we can *always* use is advertisement style art. Basically clip art that goes with various old-fashioned newspaper ads is something I doubt we can ever really have 'too much' of. Ditto for any stock images, like pictures of important places like the Hall of Records etc.
The Art Department thread defines the specifications for the artwork here.

We've got one other person who's volunteers for sporadic artwork, but I think you're probably our primary until someone else steps forward.
One good thing about this, is that because the nature of this project is to create an "in Character" newspaper aimed at Planescape characters.... you can get away with plain black and white images or faster sketchier work without looking like you're breaking too much from the 'in character' standards.
I know you work fast but I also don't want to overwhelm you.
