There seems to be a problem with the ICQ link. Whenever you click on the ICQ link at the bottom of someone's post you are simply taken to an ICQ page that says no user(s) were found.

Looks like ICQ''s webmaster changed what link you need to use to get taken to a 'send to this user' link. Unfortunately I have yet to be ablet o actually find the right link to use to do that now. They're sight has lost some of it's navigational goodness that it used to have.
