I was thinking of the netbook of hygine on bluetroll.

I rolled 1d20+0, the result is 4.
As per most other RPGs, characters bathe whenever it is dramatically appropriate that they do so, and are simply assumed to be maintaining a reasonable state of cleanliness at any other time.
And if that doesn't answer your question, perhaps you could consider going into further detail, and even spelling key words correctly.
