Hola and some help please

Years ago, and I do mean years, Planescape wasn't even out yet, I ran a campaign for some friends through various elemental areas. It was a great time and much fun was had by all.

Well I am wanting to do it again, but unfortunately I can't find all the Quasi-elemental types anymore.
I remember correctly there was a basic combination of each elemental
Earth + fire = Magma (maybe lava)
Fire + water = Steam
Earth + wind = Dust (maybe sand)
Air+water = Fog (???)
Earth + water = mud

I know I have some of these wrong, and I also remember there was someone in a Dragon magazine that took it further and added 3 elemental types for proto-elementals. I'm not worried about those to much. But I defintiely want to get as much info on the Quasi's as I can. It doens't matter what edition of D&D it comes from, I will take it all.

Thank you for your help

In 3rd edition, the para- and quasi-elemental planes no longer exist, though some of the inhabitants of those now-defunct planes still exist (notably the various Mephits in the MM1). According to Dragon Magazine #297, these are the types for 3rd edition para-genasi (created by crossbreeding of mortals and two different elemental types):

Dust = Air + Earth
Ice = Air + Water
Magma = Earth + Fire
Ooze = Earth + Water
Smoke = Air + Fire
Steam = Fire + Water
