Okay, I've been hiding under rocks, VERY big rocks, mind you, so I'm not sure as to how I can get the various completed chapters of the 3.5 rules so far completed. Someone please tell me how to navigate the new site layout. :shock:

We're editing chapter 6 at the moment. We wrote the current ones somewhat out of sequence, largely for who was available to write at any given moment and what they preferred to work on. For instance, I've disgustingly busy at the moment so I've got little to no involvement with chapter 6 aside from some peanut gallery comments and suggestions for a select few sections.

I wouldn't know, I let my girlfriend edit all of my work. :twisted:
Simply go the main page, click on PS3E on the top bar, select Releases, and download away.
