Bytopia - http://www.enworld.org/cc/converted/elemental/aerial_servant.htm
Arcadia - formians and buseni, Arcadian Avengers, rheks (Book of Exalted Deeds)
Pandemonium - howlers, murska, windblades

Bytopia - some Guardinals also (chose to) live there, unlike the Guardinals of Elisium and Beastlands they have minimum animalistic features and they have almost human apearence.

Arcadia - Arcadian pony, weird little critter who looks like ordinary pony except it has rabbit or donkey ears (I'm not sure wich) and one tentacle on their chests. They are pretty smart so they can be trained to use their tentacle as tools like elephants uses their trunk.
They are pretty common sight in Sigil.

Pandemonium - Darkweawer, this creature of nightmares also spin its dark webs on Limbo and Abyss.

Crap, that's what I get for not reading what I link to. I didn't mean aerial servant, I meant air sentinel.

Also I found these:

Equars - are horselike outsiders that live on planes that match their aligment. There are nine breads of equars in total.
So I guess that for Bytopia are apropiriate: Guoldmane (NG) and Trothspire (LG) and for Arcadia: Trothspire and Lithicthil (LN) equars, while Pandemonium would be good home for Charnalbalks (CE) and Potherrounces (CN) equars.

For more info on equars see dragon magazine # 243 or "Wariors of Heaven" book.

Hollyphant - these creatures are found on all upper planes but they are especialy common on Bytopia, Beastlands and Mount Celestia.

Sunfly- aldough they are CG in aligment, these beatifical insects are found on any upper plane.

Balaena - also, these planar whales are found in rivers and seas on Upper Planes.

Bloodthorn - This carnivorous blood draining plant is found on Pandemonium, Abyss and Carcery.

Here's a list of ruling races for every plane. Correct where I'm wrong and fill in where I don't know:

Aracadia: ? (Formians, but they are more lawful than good)
M. Celestia: Archon
Bytopia: ?
Elysium: Guardinal
Beastlands: ?(animal lords?)
Arborea: Eladrin
Ysgard: ?
Limbo: Slaad
Pandemonium: ?
Abyss: Tanarri
Carceri: Gehreleth
Grey Waste: Night Hag (Though it was the homeplane of yugos, but they left for whatever reason)
Gehenna: Yugoloth(Though they are probably originated at grey waste)
Baator: Baatezu
Acheron: ?
Mechanus: Modron
The Outlands: Rilmani

The way I see it, there are no predominant races in planes of conflict, save for Gehreleths in Carceri. Formians are gaining more and more power in arcadia, but they are not originated from petitioners. Ysgard have einheirar but they are not the equivalent of baatezu, etc.

I'd disagree about the 'leth's prominence. They're a major nuisance, but there are only 9,999 of them plus Apomps at any given time.

You are right that they are not exactly dominant, but they are still said to be the jailors in what is best described as a prison-plane. Plus they are a type of fiend native to Carceri. This was why I listed them in Carceri.

okay then I will rewite this sentence with an appropriate term:
The way I see it, there are no exemplar races in planes of conflict, save for Gehreleths in Carceri.
This was what I was trying to say, but I didn't remember the word. Ofcourse I may still be wrong on that; but I don't recall an exempler race for, say, bytopia.

I think an old entry for the Vaporighu claimed that they might be the native exemplar race of Gehenna.
