I was reading through the PSCS 3.5 and noticed that the Harmonium are now aligned LN and LG...What has become of those members who were LE in alignment?...

They're still there. It is not illegal to be Evil.
The PSCS is from a planar point of view, and with recent changes in leadership there was likely a bit of a purge of corrupt membership. But they're bound to still be there - I shall double check to make sure they didn't get lost along the way.
