Google+ has a hang out feature that allows for people in a circle to join a voice & video chat room and talk to one another.
I plan on doing this this Monday evenings starting around 8 EST with other Planescape folks. If you want to be added to my Planewalker circle, and be able to join up please PM me your Google+ name so I can add you to the list.
I'll be around today but more have in mind following weeks.
