Excuse me. I read recently on Planewalker about god of unborn souls. Due to not written "treaty-like" agreement between gods, that nobody touches unborn souls making them free to choice their lifes -> this god was quickly kicked off and imprisoned somewhere (I suppose it was Pandemonium but I doubt it).
I just cannot find this god here. If somebody knows, please tell me.

The god in question was Desayeus, who was stripped of his divine power and imprisoned, yes, in Pandemonium (in Agathion). With him are the Faithful, a group of his lillend followers who were imprisoned with him.
