Fiendish names

I need a list (the larger the better) of fiendish names (both personal and place names). My (perhaps misguided) perception of an abundance of free time, myoverweening ambition, and impulses more difficult to identify are leading me to write an extended narrative through the perspective of a baatezu (beginning at lemure rank and rising from there) that is intended to glorify Baator and lawful evil as well as provide an ethic of amoral realism that can be readily applied to today's society (I'm not yet sure how satirical this will end up being). I know there is a list of Baatezu names in Fiendish Codex II but I do not have this work. If there is already a list of this sort out there, I would be very happy if someone could direct me to it. I'm horrible at coming up with names, so any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Fiendish names

I swear I saw a thread like this on another forum, most likely WotC, but I can't find it now.

The FC:II provides 99 names that range from exceedingly simple (Bis, Ibza, Nin, Sag) to complex enough to make a dragon jealous (Chuh-Arbalma, Tho'Daah-Nugh). In fact, if you have access to the Draconomicon you can probably use the Basic Draconic Vocabulary (pg. 29) to construct fiend names.

Id also use the dragon convention for complexity, instead of becoming more complex as they age, a fiend's name should become more complex when it gets promoted and simpler when demoted.

That list of 99 names is exactly what I am looking for. I have no way of accessing Fiendish Codex II now (short of ordering it, which is something I am not willing to do) since I'm presently studying in Hong Kong. If you, or anyone else, would be so kind as to post those 99 names up here I would be greatly appreciative and I would be indebted to you.

Fiendish names

I went through a few books and picked out some more fiendish names. I tried to weed out the names of unique fiends or other "important" high level fiends and just stick with normal fiend names. I also didn't include any names of fiendish creatures but I did include a couple half-fiends and a tiefling.

Next to each name is the type of fiend and the gender (if specified) as well as the book/page where it can be found. The books were somewhat inconsistent so you'll notice both "ice devil" and "gelugon".
