Fiendish Codex I a steal from Armies of the Abyss?

Is it just me, or isn't a lot of material in Fiendish Codex I (Wizards of the Coast) a direct rip-off of ideas from Green Ronin's Armies of the Abyss book?? I mean, both books have the Eladrins specifically attacking the Abyss, and the Obirlyth seem a whole lot like the Qulippoth from Green Ronin's book... your opinion?

Both books were written by the same authors.
