I like the Tanarri court. I also like the obrinths that were given. They're very Lovecraftian, and I like that.

It looks like the obrinths were the incarnations of Lovecraftian horror, and the tanarri are the incarnations of our darkest impulses. It looks sort of like how the Rilmani drove out the mirror-exemplars.

I've noticed that in the previews and art gallery. I know that Tanar'ri are chaotic but like this they look more like abberations then fiends... Altough, the octopus dude is cool Smiling

That's because those aren't tanar'ri; they're obyriths, beings who ruled the Abyss before the tanar'ri existed. They're supposed to look like aberrations (although they are fiends).

The octopus dude is an obyrith too.

An article on a variant half-feind template, that changes depending on the parent fiend. The next chance I get, I'm going to play a half-laghathti character. Probably the result of a cult's rituals.
