Feat Idea: Clueless

Clueless
You are a newcomer to the outer planes and have a skewed or limited knowledge of the planes.
This feat may only be taken immediately after a character’s first exposure to the planes or at first level.
When this feat is taken a character immediately gains two other feats of their choice for which they meet all required prerequisites. The GM has the option to disallow any faction feats or planar feats that go against the spirit of this feat.
A character with this feat has difficulty adjusting to planar society and takes a -4 for all planar knowledge checks. The penalty also applies at the GMs discretion for social and situational skill checks involving planar residents and situations such as sense motive, bluff, intimidate, and dungeoneering.
Every year spent on the outer planes and every level gained reduces this penalty by 1 until it is 0.

Re: Feat Idea: Clueless

I think this might work better as a Character Flaw instead of a Feat. See this variant rule: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingcharacters/characterflaws.htm

Planescape, Dungeons & Dragons, their logos, Wizards of the Coast, and the Wizards of the Coast logo are ©2008, Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc. and used with permission.
