Faction War sequel(s)?

I was looking up something else and came across a blurb that said that "the Planescape module that must not be named" was supposed to be followed up by one or more sequels that would restore some of the previous order of the product line; but that Planescape got cancelled before they were published.

Has anyone heard any rumors as to what Mr. Cook (or others) had intended for the sequels?

As far as I remember it was supposed to be a trilogy of adventures, nothing about how the factions would return. They also planned a book called Factions of Entropy, and Uncaged 2.

I looked around for more info, no success.

But at least found this article http://www.theweem.com/2011/07/the-temple-of-air-zeb-cook/

Couldn't find anything either.

Has anybody run a homemade sequel/conclusion to Faction War? Did the Factions officialy return to the Cage in your campaign?

All I heard* was that there was supposed to be a sequel that restored the factions to Sigil; if Zeb Cook had specific ideas on how this would happen, I don't think he or anyone who knows has talked about it.

*One of the guys on the PS team has a Paizo account, and sometimes posts there, but I don't remember his name.

Michelle Carter mentioned in her blog that she found an old manuscript she had worked on which dealt with Sigil after the Faction War and was intended for an adventure/supplement which never got released because Planescape was cancelled. Apparently some of those ideas made their way into the 4th edition DMG II in the chapter on Sigil.
