English version of an Italian map of Sigil?

I found an Italian Planescape site on wikidot today, it's a treasure trove of images and the Sigil page has a map I've never seen before. I really, really like it, but the labels on the map appear to be in Italian as well?

In the credit line for the map, planewalker.com is listed, but I haven't been able to dig up where on this site the map can be found -- if anywhere. I did a quick image search for the credited names, and couldn't find the map anywhere but on this one site, either.

I'm perplexed! Has anyone seen this thing before, and is there somewhere I could get either an English version or a version without any labels? Either would be absolutely perfect.

Here is the map, and here is the page I found it on.

This appears to be an excellent scan of the map found in In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil.

The version that used to be on Planewalker had a key and a list of references for various buildings and sites. I edited that into a version with just the street names for my games. Both are here:

I don't know who made the original. I don't remember ITC having a map, and some of the districts here weren't mentioned until Faction War. It's a really excellent piece of work, though. The excerpts from Dolores are an especially nice touch.

That's the map Dante and Vergil acquired when they passed through the Cage... Eye-wink

Oooh! Nice, thank you. It's big and beautiful and perfect.

ITC does have something like a map, a blue diagram indicating portal locations in relation to Faction HQ's, but this particular map does not grace its pages as far as I am aware. It's possible that it was a fold-out poster type map included with the book, as my copy was procured used from a friend, but I have my doubts. It does seem to be a different style from the other 2e maps.

It is a fold-out poster, and according to the back cover blurb it was included with the original book. I have a pdf that I purchased some time ago.

It's definitely the same map, down to the brushstrokes, but it's a better scan and the English names have been replaced with Italian. Either the lettering wasn't present on either of the originals, or it has been expertly retouched.
