Dragon 417

It has several planar articles.

The first one is about the Blood War - brings back the yugoloths and events from Squaring the Circle adventure.

The second is the Orcus-Tenebrous story - no new revelations.

And the ecology of the succubus brings back Malcanthet, now there are succubi in the 4th edition cosmology Abyss. What's most interesting at the end, Fall-from-Grace is mentioned as an example of a redeemed fiend.

Always good to hear Planescape shout-outs. The setting continues to inspire, despite its relative age. Laughing out loud

Do they have a good picture of Malcanthet in that issue? The pictures of Malcanthet so far are terrible iMO.

No, just a picture of a succubus. I've seen better pictures.

Planes of Pandemonium, Arborea, Mechanus are also mentioned. The Ecology of the Modrons article has Mechanus in a new plane - Accordant Expanse.

Re: Dragon 417

I was wanting to see a good picture of Malcanthet because I wanted to see her wings since I liked the way they where described. I like the way her wings are described that use laced with razorlike claws, and adorned with jewelry part of her description of her wings in some of the description some of my character's wings.
.
Large leathery wings stretch from her back, the joints of which are laced with razorlike claws, and adorned with jewelry.
