Does anyone know anything about a Demon Lord named Scerion?

So I have been tidying up and editing my notes on the Abyss, which are an OCD mishmash of everything I can find in canon, combined with Green Ronin Material and any fanmade stuff or more obscure canon compilations on the Interwebs that don't directly conflict with the above.
I have noticed that the name "Scerion" appears sporadically on lists, especially deriving from old school Gygax-era Greyhawk resources.
If you know of anything else published on "him" (not even confidant on gender to be honest), or you have homebrewed some fanon about him (or creatively "borrowed" somebody else's), then I'd be interested in hearing about it.
Below is what I have collated on him so far.

Scerion. Mid-ranking Demon Lord

Scerion (sometimes spelled Sceirion) is an especially ancient Tanar’ri, though it is equally likely that he was once an Obyrith Lord who evolved into a newer and more cosmopolitan form. Whatever his origins, Scerion is clearly part of the “old guard” of the Tanar’ri Lords. The Abyss is littered with multiple Layers attributed as onetime Courts of his. Most of these Layers have long since been seized by younger Lords, or been abandoned by him for various reasons. The sheer number of these Layers suggest that he was once a major Abyssal force in his own right. Scerion’s power and influence today is a mere shred of his former glory.
The most widely known “Court of Scerion” is the 54th Layer. Scerion rules from a fortress called the Keep of Rhieaz. The surrounding Layer is composed of red-litten earthy tunnels that are hung with gargantuan roots, through which howling winds rage. This Layer is a Planar nexus, occasionally linking the Court to Nidavellir, Orthrys and Cocytus. This vortex operates only when three nodes align upon each of these three Planes.
In ages past, Scerion combined his powers and resources with those of Alrunes, Abraxus, Baphomet, Fraz’urb’luu and Obox-Ob to create an unbeatable labyrinthine prison Layer of non-Euclidean geometry and recursive rooms. Scerion is believed to retain a number of secret hidden caches within this Layer (101), which is known as the Endless Enigma. Baphomet himself is the only known entity to have escaped from incarceration within the timeless eternity of this realm.
Scerion once had major strongholds upon the Layers 38, 39 and 40, as well as on the Layers 55 (Glass Shards), and 56 (Tiers of Mykhaz). He was also once the former ruler of Torturous Truth (layer 57), though could not contend with the rising military might of Alvarez, the Purging Duke.

This is great stuff, though admittedly the name doesn't ring a bell.

No bells here either.

Maybe you could get in touch with Grodog, who seems to reference Sceirion a couple of times over at Canonfire?

I think Sceiron was a creation of Grodog's. See this page.

Though you've obviously adapted some of the things I made up, riffing off of Grodog's work, so the confusion is probably my fault.

Yeah chief, your collation of the Abyssal Layers is totally awesome. I might just run with what I have then. Probably will have to do Cabiri the Watcher first though, as in my campaign his domains and interests are very coterminous with this guy's, and Cabiri gets quite a lot of mention in canon.
