Two feats for a total +2 to two skills? That and a character can get a similar +2 bonus with diplomacy, gather informationa and sense motive for any use of those skills with the cosmopolitan feat from the Player's Guide to Faerun. Albiet in that version it is only selectable at 1st level. The FRCS also has another feat these bonuses I belive but I don't have that book with me now.
