Call me blind or barmy, put I've never been able to find the spell Random Action from the Xaos feat Divert Pattern in Chapter 3. Where is it from?

Random Action is in the 3.0 Player's handbook. I'm pretty sure it was removed in 3.5.

That makes sense, because it's not in the SRD or the compiled spell lists.
EDIT: It is from the 3.0 PH, I found it in the SRD at open gaming foundation. Since its core, we could actually include it in chapter 4 if we wanted to for sake of clarity since I bet most people wouldn't want or think to look in the 3.0 core books. WE would have to rope it off in its own little section with all of the OGL legal stuff though.

I actually have someone who is working through Chapters 3 and 4 for exactly those sort of questions. I strongly suspect Random Action is from one of the core books, or perhaps Tomb and Blood or the FRCS. Once my crunch-monkey gets done figuring out where all of the cross references are actually meant to go, I'll be re-releasing those chapters with sources referenced for you. (I'm horrible with in depth mechanics knowledge - my crunch-monkey is a genius. A very patient genius.)
In the meantime - as soon as I get hold of him on AIM I'll find out if he's identified the origin for that spell and get back to you with it.
