Dabus On Trial

Recently a widowed gnome brought up official charges in the city courts against one of the Dabus for neglect resulting in injury and manslaughter of her late husband killed when a wall the Dabus was in the proscess of repairing collapsed.

The woman charges that proper bracing was not used and that the Dabus took no action to warn the passers-bye of the possable danger.

...

I'm wondering how she could sue the dabus when you can't even tell them apart (other than Fell, anyway).

Maybe the Dabus as a group are being sued. That would make sense, since I can’t imagine such dangerous events being rare. Walls often collapse, especially the shoddy ones.

Greets, K!

Kind of like a civil action suit?

Or she simply identifies the dabus by saying "The one that was working on that wall at that time."

If the trial has to have a chance the dabus have to cooperate anyway. Not like anyone is going to bring them to jail.

Hehehe... if this was pre-Faction War, I'd love to see the Mercykillers try.
