At this point, the party should decide where to go/what they want to do.
The party could...
Free the remaining prisoners
Inform the town about Demogorgon
Hunt for the escaped prisoners from the same building the party was in (Icanthas has volunteered for this)
Go after the supplies that are planned to be handed over to Demogorgon's forces
Or do something else.
Rivullira has an additional side task in mind.
You'll also need to decide whether you want to split up the party or not, and if so, how. (DM notes that the Mindlink power is very useful for such situations...)

I've made it pretty plain where Icanthas stands.
I had apparently got it into my head that we were splitting up over the geas-ed tasks and regrouping to go after the supplies... I'm not quite sure how I came to that conclusion anymore, but it seems to make the most sense, since the geas has Lyei and Virash on a pretty tight schedule. Icanthas would have gone with Virash to help free the remaining prisoners (or, more accurately, to beat down their guards), but she just has to be selfish and difficult.

Nim would have a blast spreading the word about approaching armies and betrayal by whomever seemed to be a good target for some mayhem. She'll stay mindful of whomever has the bracelet on though. Whether we keep the party together or apart, that's the direction Nim would favor.
Also, some of Nim's jewelry was being stored in her Handy Haversack (as a part of her "costuming"). I'm assuming that was taken as well.

He could go with Icanthas/Alastryn and look for the other prisoners who were in the 'room of looting' earlier.
He could go with Rivullira to (wherever she's headed) to get her a new holy symbol.
He could go help release other prisoners (Virash's task).
He could go tell the town about Demogorgon's forces being at the gates, etc. (Lyei's task)
Or he could do something else.
