Well, for LSE I was hoping Azure would tell us!
Note for me personally I want LSE to keep doing the good in character stuff it is doing, and have a separate zine that is DM/Player material with NPC narrators incorporated to an extent.
There is room enough for both, and I know there will be people who favor in character and people who favor out of character. Lady's Sharper Eye brings the setting to life and I want to see it continue in that vein.
Also not trying to charge over anyone here.

Aye - Azure is currently the 'owner' of the LSE project. So defer to him on that. If he would also like a workflow like what we're putting together for the Quarterly - then I can get that set up. But it's his baby as far as I'm concerned at the moment. I'll keep an eye on the thread in case a request is made.

Yo! Sorry, I've been out of it for the last few months. RL is a dragon. I haven't worked any more on the LSE for quite awhile now, but I saved a version before my computer melted down. I would still need at least one article (or up to 3) from Sigil or the Gate towns, two or more from the outer planes (more Sigil/outlands = less great ring), another couple of general-interest articles/reviews, some letters to the editors, and some classified ads.
Some art would be cool too, especially incorporated into a picture advertisement. I could also give the gist of a couple of articles to a willing artist for making illustrations to go along with, if there was someone willing.

Criteria? Guidelines? Ummm ... ... ... well, be willing to put up with a little editing, mostly to make sure it fits in the space, though "a little" usually means none. Nothing too vile, the grandmother clause is in effect (but just to be clear, my grandmother swears, watches hockey for the fights, and doesn't complain about the amount of sex on TV). The format I use can be seen from the last couple of issues.
Right now, honestly, I have to come up with about half a dozen articles. I also need NEED some letters to the editor reacting to old articles. So if anyone reads this post, please PLEASE read a couple back issues and come up with an in-character response.
I also need some wittily-worded classified ads.

Still trudging along to get another LSE together. Still need a couple of articles, especially concerning The Great ring, Some letters to the editors, and some classified adds. About 80% done, but would feel bad if it was all my own work. So, if anyone has ideas for in-character news stories, please contribute. Thanx
