I just downloaded the PDF of chapter 2 in the official PW release. Part of it appears to be missing, I dunno if it is the file or my download but there was a couple blank pages at the begining of the racial descriptions and the first thing listed was Bariur after that. Aasimar were presumably in the blank space.
Someone might wanna look at that.
