I think that kind of logic in this regard is very narrow, any WILL enhancing magic is straight away divine and priestly? then by your logic will a +dex be thief only? and a +cha sorcerer etc?.. just trying to understand your thinking pattern 
Besides, aren't all healing rods always Divine?????( yes I know that bards could conceivably make them to, because they can cast healing and are arcane, but that's just rubbish

I'm not sure where Ya'shenn is in terms of jink/treasure. She would like a few things, though -- mostly for use with Telekinetic Thrust.
Examples -- some masterwork/+1/+2 daggers, masterwork crossbow bolts, alchemist's fire, maybe something similar to the psi-grenades as well.
Does the party still have any of the gold/platinum/etc from the safe that Gy-Nath disintegrated?

Although I seemingly have more gold, several of the items I want to have are meant for "party use", that should balance overall.
I actually have the idea of buying with the additional money from the party pot a extra Strand of Prayer Beads, healing, 1x a day cure serious wnds, cure disease or cure blind/ deafness caster lvl 5th (9,000) instead of the Wand of cure moderate wounds,
The added flexibility it gives compared to the simple straightforward healing is immensely useful imo when you think about the fact that we don't have a single classed cleric in our group.
+4 circlet of wisdom(16,000),
Crystal mask of Dread (+10 intimidate, 10,000),

I'm not sure how much alchemist's fire Ya'shenn should carry around, as she's not fire immune, and I imagine being fireballed while carrying alchemist's fire might not be a good idea.
There's an item called a Psionatrix of Psychokinesis. If I'm reading the item description correctly, this would raise her effective attack bonus (when using telekinetic thrust) by +1, if the item in question is non-magical and non-masterwork. (2,000 gp.) It has to be created by a TK specialist.

It's more practical to carry around 9 daggers than 9 longswords. (With telekinetic thrust, Ya'shenn can use up to 9 projectiles per round, remember.)
The psionatrix would probably result in higher attack bonus overall across all weapons.
How about...
Psionatrix (2,000 gp)
The alchemical stuff (350 gp or so)
6 masterwork daggers (1812 gp)
Non-masterwork bolts would probably work. (Why bolts? Mainly because there are only so many projectiles one can carry at once, and bolt cases are comparatively small.)

Ii's wyvern is flying about the bay, banking around the masts of ships like he was on an obstacle course.
[DM - due to the masts and lines, the wyvern can't really land on the ship. He could cling to the stern, in order to pick up or drop off passengers.]
[DM also making post ex facto change. The wyvern's saddle is actually built for 2. Rider and bowman. The bowman had already been shot off when Ii and Du'minh jumped on the wyvern. So, taking a passenger is no problem, and if Ii wants to instead carry some gear on the wyvern, there's space to stow it.]

Big idea! This adventure may, toward the end, embroil you in the politics of the multi-planar empire of the githyanki, and how it sustains itself on the former Incursion worlds. I used FR for my Incursion and this adventure because it is well detailed and everyone has a map (and many of you sourcebooks which I DON'T).
But anyway, after this adventure chapter, you could eventually go to an original-design world. One of DM, or even PLAYER design.
Bigger background for BoG'r:
There were nine true Incursions, along with a few smaller raids and diversions. Only a very few githyanki would have known of them all, and even the greatest generals only might have known of two or three beyond his own. The true reason for the Incursion is also not common knowledge among githyanki, though the PCs are all privy to it.
PC Knowledge:
Ya'shenn served as a pilot/scout/coordinator/interrogator on Savim, a world where the graith races were being conquored by illithid and by various other aberation races. Many graith nations were ruled by demonic cults or oppressive monarchies puppeted by illithid. Thus the general populous began to greet the githyanki as their saviors. The githyanki were far from saviors, but they shrewdly used the tide of uprising, and even worked well on occasion together with the barbarians.
Ii'jyka'vaar served here on Toril, but left very early on.
I forgot (if Az told me ) where Ar'dru served.
The PCs know that Gith's Sword was found, and that it the apparent cause of the return of Gith as Ar-Gish. *Certain* PCs know the Lich Queen was also looking for Gith's Dagger and Gith's Tiara. DM Note: "Tiara" is a cool word, and I can invision several forms of jewelry which could conceivably become known as a "Tiara" in lore.

Gullible, or simply untrusting and overly-critical as a character flaw. It actually makes sense that as a sociopath, Ii has trouble with empathy and therefore with reading people.
