Yep, Ar'dru's at about 9/48. Still you're not likely to hear him object if you do everyone else first.

The next 4 wand charges for Ar'dru, perhaps? (11, 11, 10, 7)

Well, these guys wre soldiers, so good quality weapons a few pieces of jewelry (which must be appraised) but no real coinage.
The two nobles, in addition to their fine clothing and magical swords, have very expensive jewelry. Unfortunately one of the nobles is under several hundred pounds of rubble.
OK.
I figure any valuable-looking loot (especially gold/silver/gems) will go into the party treasure for now. Unless someone really wants trophies.
What % HP are Gy-Nath and K'tch at?
The torture chambers seem like the most likely place for Sark'ja et al to be, so the party might try there. At least the slave claimed that no githyanki were present at the banquet hall...

Gy-Nath at about 60%, K'tch at about 30%
Since I'm playing a healer character, I hate to ask this, but... can someone heal K'tch please?
Ya'shenn can heal him, of course, but it'll take her to 1 PP if she does, and we don't know what the next scene will be like (other than that it will probably involve combat). If # of wand charges is an issue, she'll gladly give up some of the healing she's receiving herself to get K'tch's HP over 30%.

I'm also favoring the torture chambers (going there, not using them). We may meet with little to no resistance, actually, figuring that most palace residents probably have sensed that the place is doomed and fled, hopefully leaving their prisoners behind.
Regardless of whether we find them, however, we should probably evacuate after checking it out. Less than 20 min until armageddon is not a lot of time.
So, as soon as everyone is set...
Yep, sounds good!

Fine by me
Sorry for spotty posting lately my sister is pretty sick (breast cancer) so me amd my wife are watching her four kids while my brother in law is at work.

That sucks Bladedancer. All the best for her recovery. They've got some great methods now days, My ex's sister had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball removed last year while she was pregnant and there were no ill effects to her or the baby so I'm sure your sister will be fine.

I doubt it has the strength at this point.
For clarity -- Ya'shenn's comment takes place before the party gets back to the chamber where Kitiir, Ha'kan'a, and the illithid are. So I don't yet know if Kitiir got her face eaten off...

I wonder if Lavendar caused any faceless victims in the Brothel...
Yes, Ya'shenn is acting a little oddly. I don't normally roll Bluff or Diplomacy checks for intra-party interactions, but I will if Azure really wants me to. (She has nothing evil toward the party planned, of course; it's just a quirk of her individual psychology. It may or may not be practical to do much for these poor barbarians, though, and the other githyanki may or may not care.)

DM: i am not changing my post, i dont know about an Illithid, and i guess this is more interesting for me anyway, quantity of souls and all that for my weapon..
I wonder if EvilDM is cackling merrily right now? (Zimrazim worries about Kitiir and Ha'kan'a, but Ya'shenn is highly distracted, being totally put off by the torture at the moment.)
(Edit: Basically, I don't really want to metagame here. I figured the mind flayer was sufficiently not a threat and didn't realize that Kitiir's face may get eaten off until Azure asked the question related to clairvoyance.)

I just wanted to thawnk everyone for their concern over my sisters illness. Fortunetly they caught it early and she is being treated with chemo and ghopefully won't need surgery.
Sure thing, glad to hear they handled it quickly.
That's great news Bladedancer. Glad to hear it!
Ar'dru'll keep his actions as is. As far as he knows nothing is happening in the other room that requires his immediate attention and he'll open the doors regardless of whether Ya'shenn does or not.

Don't know.
Du'minh is in the torture chamber with Kitiir and Ha'kan'a, waiting for a reply to his question of whether they learned anything from the illithid, and standing ready to help Ha'kan'a when they evacuate (which he thinks should be immediately).

Sorry for the slow post rate. Kind of tired the last couple of days
Of course evil DM has a surprise for when the illithid and Kitiir were essentially alone ...

uh ... No. Ya'shenn just realizes, when she frees the second slave, most if not all of them are pampered, well-fed, professional slaves and servents. The illithid want only the best, skilled and healthy (but diposable to the yuan-ti) slaves who have led fairly rich lives (for slaves) and so whose brains will be that much more nourishing. Most of these slaves are more likely to go right back to their yuan-ti masters before thanking the githyanki for freeing them, since their lives were not so bad and they still fear their masters' wrath. Even more so for their short stay in these dungeons.
Just pointing out here that a clever slave, in this sort of situation, might want to live (either to actually be free, or more likely to seek out a new 'master' who will protect them). In other words, if that slave goes to the guards, the slave will (eventually) be killed anyway, because his/her noble master has been slain...
Of course, a 100% blindly loyal slave might try to 'avenge' their master.
Since not all the nobles have been slain (yet), let me know if a Bluff roll is needed.

Yeah...started editing my post before reading your most recent post here. :) I thought I'd try something clever, but too much chance that a slave might actually transfer their loyalty to an illithid, or just be fanatically loyal and attack. (Or go back to the yuan-ti, as you said.)

I'm looking at getting Ar'dru to quote Gith a little more and have posted a few real life quotes to base them on in the Githyanki Quotations, Proverbs, and Sayings thread. It'd be great if some of you guys could check em out and say if you think they're appropriate

They react with fear. They get back in their cells like good little sheep.
I'm not looking for anything specific, but here's the conundrum; Ya'shenn can let all the slaves go and let the chips fall where they may - those detrmined to escape who start running right away might make it but there may be some forewarned guards arriving at about the time the githyanki need to make their get-away - or she can play the judge and and choose out a few who have a spark of revolt while dooming the majority to sit out the attack here - which may be a death sentence or, alternately, the safest place around.
OK. After hearing "Amiss" Ya'shenn will definitely check on the others in the main torture chamber. If there is time and if the situation allows it, she will (probably) quiz the healthy slaves before the group leaves.
Edit: Just to be clear, Ya'shenn is not releasing any of the healthy slaves right now. She might release some of them after checking out the main torture chamber.

I'm trying to recall whether any githyanki ghustil (the Guide to the Astral Plane variety or the Dungeon #100 prestige class) have access to the regenerate ability. If there's any chance of regenerating Ha'kan'a's foot/leg, the party should bring it along. Actually, it would probably help any Band of Copper healers with diagnosis as well.
I'm pretty sure that particular form of magic/psionics is hard to come by among the githyanki, though.

I’m not sure for how long Du’minh is stunned but I take it Azure has extended it for dramatic effect.
Anyway, does Du regain his bearings on the way to the skiffs, or I should hold off posting until Mr. DM has described us getting there?
Ya'shenn is of course willing to help Ha'kan'a, but if another PC wants to, that's fine as well.
