At that time i stated in my post that when filling the bag, she would try to count it roughly up to about 100 gp nearest difference... hmmz... ok..
BoG'r OOC.
OK then, comprimise. She stopped counding around 5,000, and took more from there, but there were also a lot of jewelry, which might have been valuable or not.
Rd 0 - Skiff drop bombs& rams, Ar'dru chucks a smoker while flying
rd 1 - Kirath fireballs, frying 6 shieldmen. Ardu drops in, is attacked, 'throws' burning dust. Party ports in?
rd 2 ->> (Ar'dru attacks)
Ar'dru's latest attack should be round 2, I think. The rest of the party can attack on rd 2.
Pfft what a waste of a good roll. I could have sworn I blew some ranks in spot but after I rechecked my sheet nope.
Ii'Jyka'Vaar has a similar accent, yet mixed with harsh military cant, but the basis of that city is there for sure in her speech, as she too resided within that city for years....
Hmm. My description of the dimension door ability says that Ya'shenn can additionally teleport 250 pounds of living matter or 500 pounds of non-living matter. That probably works for Ii (githyanki really don't weigh much given their height, but I don't know how many pounds of gear the knight has). Anyway, she's willing to teleport a meat shield knight if it'd help.
Edit: According to Dungeon #100, a statistically average githyanki female is around 5'11"-6' and 85 lbs or so. I figure as a powerful warrior Ii's height/weight would probably be more toward the high end of that.
Re-edit: Holy #$#*, 85-pound githyanki females? A female githwarrior's gear weighs more than she does!

I didn't know that, Burning Spear, but as a (sort of) Heartforce suppourter Na is not particularly fond of knights, (among other things) so the point is moot.

No probs, just pointing out.

Height: 6ft 4 inch. Weight: 182 lb/ 82.7 kg.
Then she ways 260 pounds and a bit after calculating all her major items on her, armor, weapon, bag ignoring mostly the little things like rings and clothes... She is not fat at all, just dense and heavy, very very muscular, much more so then a regular Gith, she is not a average gith in body perspective.
Heh, yeah, I looked at the weight I'd rolled up for Ar'dru, then looked at his stats and threw out the roll.
He's 420lb without gear.

yea well, u r a freaking halfdragon, so kinda figures u would be massive, more so then a beefed Gith like my char.
Na is probably between 6 ft 6 in to 6 ft 8 in so by the numbers Zim's given, she'd weigh about 130-140 ish lbs at a quick guess--that's really light. Good thing I've got all those metal objects, someone might cast gust of wind at me *horror.* It also begs the question how much does Ya'shnen weigh--being the party's least big and scary character.
I figure her to be around average height/weight for a githyanki female, so maybe 6' in height. 85 lbs is ridiculous, though. (Makes you wonder if githyanki have hollow bones, like birds. )
Slight correction: At 5' tall, Kirath is the least big character.

Well, judging by the pictures in the MM, the 85 pound number may actually be a reasonable figure :/. Whether that makes sense or not is a wholly different animal.
Anybody have an idea how i could find the foto's in that link back? as the link only brings me to the generic page of the site, sigh...
Speaking of
which, if the group or individuals want to teleport to some specific spot in
the gardens, Ya'shenn can probably provide that through missives.
…
Ya'shenn may
well use suggestion on one of the shield-slaves encountered (which
hopefully will have a demoralizing effect).
Should there
be a really good opportunity to do so, she may use one or more psi-grenades as
well (but preferably not around one of the two illithids, as they can activate
the grenades too...). Speaking of which, if Ar'dru would like one of the
grenades...
Assume Du used Ya’shenn’s directions when he teleported the gang. He has started his Doomguard-like routine, so if Ya’shenn can use her powers and grenades to delay, stun or otherwise prevent enemies from escaping the collapsing gazebo that would be swell.
I guess it’s too late for requests, but do we have anything left to block paths with persistent flames? Could be useful for trapping escapee-wannabes inside the gazebo.
It’s not from any sourcebooks, I wrote it as part of Du’minh’s background. It has a much smaller population than the likes of Tu’narath and Githmir, but it’s supposed to be relatively cosmopolitan regardless with extensive study of warfare beyond the traditional ways – it features more specialized avenues of non-standard weapon training, and schools training giths to be strategists (both are influences that are supposed to be reflected in Du’minh).
I think I dropped a note about it in the article I submitted about 2 weeks ago.

I’d guess it got scrambled during EN World’s transition to their new web design. Perhaps post a question about it in their Meta (tech) forum?
My posting will be more intermittent and shorter for the next two weeks-ish--I'm on vacation and won't always have computer access. Just letting everybody know.
No shield-slaves at all on the side Ya'shenn is on, Azure?
(Putting her on the illithid-heavy side also makes using any psi-grenades much more problematic. Just pointing that out.)

There are 3 target groupings in range:
The poor unfortunates getting killed by Ar'dru and his burning dust - no shield slaves, 2 remaining spearmen, 2 archers.
A single, fresh squad.
The nobles and illithid in the gazebo.
The squad are...? Mix of yuan-ti and shield-slaves, right?

I seriously considered simply mind-blasting the gazebo, but everything in there has a high Will save. The two illithid in particular would be nearly immune. A grenade might be nice, but too much chance of one of the mind flayers picking up and tossing it back. There's always the dorje, but Ya'shenn hasn't had very good luck with that recently.

I'm not really entirely clear on how many squads are in this fight, or their positions relative to the githyanki. I'm assuming friendly-fire isn't an issue with the psi-grenades yet.

I planned on Kirath dropping a few fireballs on the gazebo to soften them up a bit befroe clsoing on the true threat.
Sorry.
- 6 squads of basic soldiers each consisting of 3 Yuan'ti purebloods (2 w/spears, 1 w/bow), and 3 shield-slaves. The yuan-ti have armor and secondary weapons, but the human slaves are unarmed except for the tower shields
1 squad each on northeast and west where Du and Guy popped in with reinforcements.
2 squads moved in to attack the skiff on the southwest, but got fried by Kirath. All the human slaves died in flames, but the Yuan-ti singed but alive.
2 squads attacked Ardru. The burning dust is killing the humans, and Ar'dru killed both spearmen from one of the squads.
OK, that sounds good. Pick any squad (preferably a full squad) where friendly-fire isn't an issue.

If wei doesn't post soon and correct me, Ill have Na'rai full attack this round and use her signature ability next round. Basicly, I'll run his PC in the battle until he comes back.
My situation is such that I won't be able to post until Jan. 4, please
NPC me. Ironically I can still follow the thread, but I can't post from
my phone, so, at least I won't have any catch up. In the unlikely event
I can post I will.
Is Ar'Du immune to fire damage? Because of if so I was thinking of dropping another fireball on his opponents.
Yup, Fire away!

hehe, thats out of my system, says the player when he sees how kickass his characted is hacking away at some npc's... lol
BS, if you want to edit your IC post, Ii just killed both spearmen, but missed the archer with her AoO. Ya'shenn technically gets an AoO too, but she doesn't have a weapon out, so can only punch him ...
You forgot to add that Ya'shenn has an 8 Str at the moment. (Speaking of which... any estimate of when that effect will wear off?)

Actually, I often just pervert some lyrics from somewhere. That last thing K'tch sang was actually a Bob Marley song :lol

And the Dm hasn't answered how much money yet we got out of the vault
But she hasn't counted it yet, so how could she know. Yes she knows the difference between 1000 coins and 10,000 coins, but she only knows it was more than the first, but not the second.
