If you go to the Wizards.com site, click on D&D and then minuatures cards, you will see a set that says "Blood Wars DRAFT". I printed out the file and they appear to be cards for 4th edition that include the Solar, Harmonium, Doomguard, and other classic Planescape iconic Factions and creatures (including mention of Bytopia). So possibly these will be in Manual of the Planes, and planes from the Great Wheel will exist in the Astral Sea, just not connected in a wheel? I hope there will be more such stuff coming out... (if I'm wrong and these are 3E cards, I appologise in advance!)

It's not 3e or 4e, I'm afraid; that's for the D&D Miniatures game. It's a collectible miniature wargame sort of like Heroclix. That's an old page and those cards are stat cards for the Blood War set from 2006.

You're right, those are Planescape elements.
I'm not sure if that means there will be a good deal of Planescape content in the upcoming Manual of the Planes, but I sure hope so!
