Agreed, both great but the second guy would look fantastic fleshed out in full. Id run screaming...or bounce away squawking...whichever felt right at the time 
I think I just may have to do that now. The second guy's really grown on me too, so keep an eye out. I'll begin drawing the complete character as soon as I can. Oh and thanks so much for the comment Barking Wilder!
