I plan on submitting ( among other things) a class I made. But while there is a prestige class catagory, I dont see anywhere where I can submit an actual class. So.... what do I file it as?

I would suggest putting it in under Misc. Article. We didn't expect to get a lot of base class submissions really. Misc. tends to catch all the things we don't have anything designed for.
