I was poking around my profile and lost the avatar.
I tried uploading it and failed. Later I tried linking it but failed again. Try clicking "properties" on mine, I think you'll see the problem :oops:

When you try to upload the file, pay close attention for any error messages that come back if you will? If it fails to load up it should tell you why.

That's what the problem is - you need to *actually* upload the file to us, we don't link to outside sources.
