@Germille - Yup, two projects. Lady's Sharper Eye is an in character zine that deals with life on the planes, with I think a focus on Sigil. This new zine will be more about providing gaming information to players and DMs.
Finally -> Great art!
@Wicke - great stuff, I like the environments. We'll probably have a better sense as time goes on, I just wanted to see what was out there.

Once we get more articles into the system to be worked on for articles, we will also get art requests that will go with those articles. There will be a running list on the site (listed under the links over on the left hand side) where artists can go look at what has been requested and upload images to match. That should make it much easier for everyone to find out what's needed.

Love these giithzerai. There will definitely be gith stuff in the future, I plan on having a cult that sends gith kids into the Infinite Staircase to fulfill a particular heart's desire...

Let me amend that - DeviantArt rescales uploaded work to a lower dpi. For a PDF printable thing like this we really need to avoid having a lower dpi file, it won't print well. 300dpi or higher image in jpg, png, psd or the like, please email to [REDACTED] (we'll get the upload system working soon)

I have some drawing and painting using PhotoShop I do on a devArt account, some of them would fit with this zine, and some of them wouldn't as they go into R-rated territory (basically anything I labelled as mature content).
But you can certainly use my map of the outer planes and map of the inner planes. And this one of a meeting with Shemeshka could fit into content to use.

I want to help and try to make something for the zine. To be sincere, I have limited time so I can't be sure if I'll make it in time (inspiration can't be fully controlled too), but I want to give it a try. Definitely! We'd love a back log of pieces we can choose from. I'd go with depicting either a planar race (eladrin, slaad, tanar'ri, etc.) or a famous location on the planes (Khin-Oin, the quasi-elemental Towers, etc).
Oh, I have a lot of Vecna ideas, will definitely use that one at some point.

I heard about this project on the City-of-Doors DA group, so decided to drop by and say I'd be happy to contribute in the art department. I admit I don't have all that many drawings put up on my deviantart account (mostly due to the fact that 80% of the stuff I do is just sketching), but here are some more recent (and Planescape-themed) pics:

While I'd be glad if any of my pics is used (though I don't think I have dpi versions of most of them) I'd prefer to draw something specific for the article, as long as someone provides me with a description of what to draw. Left to my own devices I might never end up doing anything.

I could also whip up a modron for the introduction. Probably a monodrone, since I like those guys. You want it to do anything specific or just have it hanging out being a modron?

Just to update and double check, here is the list of planned articles (barring any major refusal) that need art:
- Cover (I think Anerta's friend Jason is working on an image)
- Introduction (Jenx is working on an image.)
- Killing the Lady Part I (killualaura is working on an image)
- Aoskar Article (needs art direction? + artist)
- Prime Article (Needs a black crystal sphere floating in the Rainbow Ocean OR a planet floating in starry darkness)
- Kobolds in Sigil (Gremile is working on an image)
- Prisine Conversions (Pathfinder/4e) (Jenx is working on an image)
- Surcease and Dolor (Needs art ideally a picture of both locations with celestial guardians)
If everyone is amenable, the last thing I'd like to include in Issue 1 is a short interview with Shemmy about Paizo's Book of the Damned III. If y'all are cool with that, I'm assuming we can use the cover of that book as the image for this interview?

I'd appreciate that. I didn't know she is an actual PS character...Also, I have a pdf of that book, and I don't think I've noticed that name in there.

Coolio - my first concern is making sure all the art + articles + layout for Issue 1 is ready.
My hope is after we put out Issue 1, we can drawn in more people. But there is enough in the slush pile to keep us afloat with articles.
Art will be the biggest concern. Having your piece ready for Issue 2 would be a Lady-send. (outside Sigil so I can worship Her as I please!)

The article is really great and deserves some quality art, so if you know anyone interested in landscapes and would like to take it on let us know!
I thought it might be nice to have guardinals, but that isn't a definite requirement. The pools are what's important in my opinion.
