This would be worth it if it where all craft or perform skills that are works of art or more properly all craft and perform skills get a +2. Yes it is a lot but it does require a faction status. And if the character strays it can be reasonably revoked.
Emporer Xan. I like the feat ideas you just seem to be underpowering them slightly. +2 to a skill isn't much at all.
