I would like to run a Planescape campaign on the board for 6 players pre-faction war. I do not have any 3rd edition stuff so I would like to use 2nd ed. I slant heavily toward role playing so stats and die rolls will not be very important.
My other twist is that all the player characters will be Sensates. Any takers?

Although it looks like no one else is interesed. I am certainly interested. I've always been a big fan of 2nd ed just as much as 3rd. I see both have their advantages and disadvantages. And I would more than love to be part of a 2nd ed Planescape campaign. Until further notice count me in. I hope you find more players.
I still play in 2nd edition and I don't see what's the problem with it. The only problem is the players! To attract them, you have to talk to them of prestige class... (what a pity)

Hey, I'm somewhat new here. I registered several months ago, but I've only recently had enough free time to participate.
Anyway, I'm a big fan of 2nd Edition (I haven't made the leap to 3rd Edition yet myself), and I'd love to be a part of the game. I've never actually roleplayed online, so I figure this will be an interesting experience.

I wouldnt mind playing, I have the revised 2nd edition players handbook, dms guide, and tmoe of magic. If we do lean towards stats, I would gladly play. All sensates is kind of limiting, butI want to play second edition really bad........so Im Game!

I know that may sound stupid, but in the little I have played of planescape I have not really gotten into the factions much. SO, can someone answer that for me

Well, it looks like we have a few interested - I'm pleasantly surprised that there is some interest based on the first couple of replies.
Sorry but I am most comfortable in 2nd edition.
The mini-campaign I have designed will not work unless all the players are Sensates and there are 6 of them - I know this is restrictive but those are the only restrictions!

limiting character customization is not a good way to attract players,
2nd edition isn't either, although i might be wrong about the latter.
