I recently bought the 4th edition and am seriously tempted to use it for my Planescape games. Has anybody tried to convert the rules/monsters? Some abilities seem like they would be easy to convert (i.e. the Paladin's laying on of hands could be covered by the Healing (faith healing) Advantage), but others would be more work... plus, converting all the monsters. Any ideas, suggestions, etc? Anybody done the conversions already?
