The quesar article mentions ancient entities of the plane of Elysium who put an end to the struggle between the quesars and the aasimon. Who are these entities? Could they be the primordial entities of Good? Is there any mention of any similar entities in any other source?

The actual entry in Planes of Conflict just said "powers of Elysium," implying they were ordinary gods. I sorta reworded it for the Encyclopedia article to leave the possibility that they were something else, the progenitors of Good, equivalents of the baernaloths, without directly saying so.
There isn't any official detail on the progenitors of good anywhere. I've been meaning to write more about them unofficially, but haven't gotten around to it.
Their existence is confirmed in Hellbound, but we don't really know anything about them.
