I'm thinking up an item for Snail's Outfitters, but I need to find the standard rules for alcohol consumption. Can anyone tell me where to find them?

All dnd intoxication rules i'ever seen (including these AEG rules) were either terrible or just too complicated, so i just improvise them depending on the occasion.
As for making beverages, I just think of DC 10 as regular beer and increase it as drinks get stronger. You can find some beverages in AEG, also i think i saw some on mimir.net (or not. i remember there was tiefling ice tea amongst them, try to looking it up on google)

Snail Outfitters is always looking for new gear to supply the tarmy planewalker! As anyone can tell you, after the Howling Winds of Pandemonium what you really need is a stiff drink! Please let us know of any unique and exotic beverages you have located out in the planes, if nothing else they are always good to have around if you' need to cut a deal with a Sensate.....
(Please use the rules From Arms and Equipment Guide, of the 20-30 systems I have treid out that is actually the least cumbersome)

One second... I was just editting chapter 6 last nite that has a bit of that in it. *starts searching*
"Fortitude save DCs have been provided for those using the optional intoxication rules from the Arms and Equipment Guide. Drinking an entire alcoholic beverage (a mug of ale, a glass of wine, a jigger of hard spirits) requires a Fortitude save. The second save within the same hour is at a –1 penalty, the third –2, the fourth –4, and so forth. Failing the save costs 1d2 points of temporary damage to Dexterity and Wisdom. If reduced to 0 Wisdom, the drunk slips into unconsciousness. Reduced to 0 Dexterity, the bubber remains conscious, but is lying on the floor incoherently. If brought to both 0 Dexterity and 0 Wisdom, the sod may suffer from alcohol poisoning. In such a case the bubber makes another Fortitude save, with a DC determined by the most potent drink he’s had. If failed, they take 1 point of temporary Constitution damage every 10 minutes. The only way to stop it before the individual dies is to purge his stomach. The bubber recovers 1 point of Dexterity and Wisdom damage each hour after the last drink. Neutralize poison will negate the damage alcohol causes, but the hangover lingers."
