Can a Petitionar on the same plane as a deity and who assents, be "adopted"
As I can see occasional lantern archons in mount celestia turning from the pilgrimage up the mountain, to become eternal residents in a monastery or village.

I like this idea. I think it makes sense that some petitioners do find new homes with the gods.
What would also be interesting is, among pantheons with joint realms, petitioners who drift to another god. Specifically I'm thinking of the joint realm between Isis-Osiris-Horus.
I think the Celtic deities in Hallowed Ground also had a shared realm?
