Adapting Keep on the Shadowfell for Planescape?

While I might not even bother with this module, anyone have ideas for adapting it to PS?

Currently my idea is to have it completely take place in Sigil, where the party comes to the neighbourhood of Winterhaven Street located in the Hive. The residents of the street are being troubled by a gang that's based a few blocks away in a very desolate part of the Hive, that no one bothers going to. For one thing a goblin woman is concerned about her kids getting involved with the wrong crowd, and there's too many people missing from Winterhaven Street for the neighbourhood to ignore. Something is happening in the shadow reflection of Sigil (to use the ideas from my article on Sigil's reflections).
