I'ts mentioned in Dragon magazine in the article "All Oerth's Artifacts", and I'm wondering where I can learn more about this sword (and the angry elf!) I'ts supposed to be one of the most powerful swords EVER...

non-Planescape questions
Fair enough... although since Oerth is now the default Prime Material world attached to the Great Wheel, I suppose I could argue that Oerth is a part of Planescape! But I get your point... and thanks for the web address!

Oh, it definitely is. It's just not the part of Planescape that this website specializes in. Oerth questions aren't off-topic, but there are other places that might be able to help you better.
