The 'fluffy' bits are compatiable with both.
There was a version switch literally halfway through the development of it - so some of it is geared to 3.5, some to 3.0. We'll eventually sit down and finish updating all of it to 3.5 - it'll just take some time, not that there is a *huge* difference between the two.
