Called the Rancid Lady of Bitter Bile, Yibiyru is a servant of Zuggtmoy, thought to be either the latter's child or senile mother. She watched over the fungus queen's realm while her mistress was imprisoned on the Material+Plane, beneath the Temple of Elemental Evil.
