Wen Chung is a Minister of Thunder in the Celestial Bureaucracy. He has three eyes in his head and a massive, dark-skinned body. He summons weather for Lei Kung and his worshippers.
Wen Chung is of demigod status. Like many Chinese deities, he dwells on the Elemental Plane of Air.
