Wen Ch'ang Ti Chün, the "Lord Superior of Scripture Glory," is the Chinese god of literature. He was briefly mentioned in 2nd edition Legends & Lore but was never detailed in any D&D product. He was the superior of Chung Kuel in the Celestial Bureaucracy before Chung Kuel got assigned his own ministry.
