The Ubiquitous Wayfarer is a tavern in the Lower Ward, or possibly The Lady's Ward. Or maybe it's in the Clerk's Ward.
Actually, its doors lead to all of those places, as well as many, many other planes across the Multiverse. Its Portals lead to the planes of the Great Ring, not to the Gate-towns of the Outlands.
