Resembling giant monstrous centipedes with nine-eyed human heads, surrounded by clouds of poisonous black fog, these neutral creatures administer punishments in the service of greater spirits of the Celestial Bureaucracy. They can be found in the Palace of Judgment and other "Oriental" realms.
