Sarth is a Githyanki title roughly equivalent to sergeant. Sarths are usually at least 6th level and have spent a feat on leadership. Sarths typically command a squad of 4-6 lower level warriors.
The next title is kith'rak, or "captain." Kith'raks control several squads with their sarths.
