Ronnel Maughdonnel has been called Baator's answer to Juiblex. He runs a chain of restaurants, Maughdonnel's, which has franchises all across the Lower Planes, serving Stench kow burger and fillet o' sahuagin.
He is served by a rare form of devil called the nonservus (plural: nonservi), lizard-headed, wingless creatures said to be Abishai who have offended Tiamat.
