The entity called Otiax is so old, no one knows of its origin, although it has been linked with the Far Realm for unknown reasons. As a Vestige, Otiax manifests as a locked golden gate that strains and groans, then opens. For this reason, Otiax is also referred to as the Key to the Gate.
