The "infamous Nizsab" is briefly mentioned in Chapter 6 of Planewalker's 3e Planescape Campaign Setting document as the compiler of a Mimir. His name might also be Sabzin, or some other variation.
Nizsab might be a Xaositect, or a homage to Fizban+the+Fabulous of Krynn.
